We are extremely satisfied with this software. After facing cost increases in previous Polycom solutions, Lifesize is a boon to us for 3 years of adopting it.
Lifesize provides very good equipment for video conferencing and client software for mobiles and computers. They are simple to use even by a non-technical person. Its cloud service is a trustworthy and stable platform. It integrates well with Skype too.
Those who do not want to install the software they have a web version of LifeCloud service via Google Chrome. But this becomes a drawback when inviting other users. Lifesize should make improvements to facilitate other users.
The product is helpful for conducting consultations over the phone.
I like that I can have a separate phone number for business purposes
Call quality is not consistent
For remote team meetings and conferences, it is good.
It is a web-based app with a nice quality of video and audio. Compatible to all device types.
Limited features, speed is slow and the presentation screen arrangement is not attractive.
