  • It was great to be able to easily open tickets through their portal or by calling their 800 number
  • Plus, since Windstream managed the MPLS network, it took a lot of responsibility and workload off our shoulders.

  • We experienced more and longer outages than we considered acceptable
  • During those times, getting in touch with someone for updates and reasons behind the outages was difficult
  • Additionally, the cost-to-bandwidth ratio was too high for our liking.

  • It also comes with a handy screen-sharing feature which my co-workers and I find very useful
  • I LOVE this program!.

  • It relies too much on your wi-fi
  • You can only go as far as 3 months for recorded calls.

Windstream offered voice options at an affordable rate. Choosing them as a PRI provider significantly reduced costs compared to traditional copper lines. Along with the benefits of MPLS, we were able to save a lot of money.

I really liked was their customer service. It was great to be able to easily open tickets through their portal or by calling their 800 number. Plus, since Windstream managed the MPLS network, it took a lot of responsibility and workload off our shoulders.

Recorded lines is extremely helpful in my job. Being able to deal with complaints effectively is a big part of a business.

I love how you can easily pull calls by logging in and look through the logs. It also has a Bluetooth feature, which can be used to transfer calls quickly.You can also set different ring tones for each individual on your phone.

It relies too much on your wi-fi. You can only go as far as 3 months for recorded calls.
