This software is wonderful in a way that it stores a lot of information and is quite easy to use. I also really like this as I can customize even the minute details so that I can get all information I need immediately. One of the favorite features of mine is the search function because I store a lot of information and come across customers with the same name. The search feature helps me to recognize who I am searching for without having to open every single contact. All the priority information I need it right at my fingertips and right there on the screen during the search. There are still a lot of features, most of which I am not using it right now but maybe I will learn how to utilize them completely to ensure myself an easier experience.

I like this software mostly for its search function.

There a too many features available in this software. I feel it disadvantageous if these features are not utilized and going to be wasted.

Green rope has proved to be a boon to us as we are small businesses with large volumes. I tried much software before but immensely satisfied only with Green rope.

An excellent software that provides all required features be it email, sales management, database management, and automation.

Functions have been added gradually. But new features have been added based on customer suggestions.

After adopting Zendesk, I found myself more productive and active. Price is affordable and the user interface is awesome.

Customer service is a bit slow. Customization features are also very limited.

It allows us to tell the ticket number that how much time it takes to entertain his query.

The pop-ups get lost with the use of multiple tabs.
