Our organization switched to Zoho Sign after facing high costs with Docusign, the pioneers in the industry. Zoho Sign allows efficient organization of contracts and legal documents across departments, with features like progress tracking, signature receipts, and auto-reminders. The self-sign feature is particularly useful for generic documents that require signatures from employees or contractors. However, occasional bugs arise when sending multi-signatory documents, affecting the user details entry and hindering progress in the back end.

The easily navigable UI, adaptable features, and seamless interaction with further Zoho applications have enhanced the professional image of my organization. The electronic signature's general functioning has proven beneficial, even though it might not entirely comply with Mexican legal standards.
