  • iCIMS Connect: This module is aimed at nurturing passive candidates so that this pool of resources can be leveraged when a particular skill is required. iCIMS Connect engages with passive candidates and communicates with them on a regular basis through a branded portal.
  • iCIMS Onboard: iCIMS Onboard makes the transition from candidates to new employees easy and smooth. All administrative tasks are taken care of. New hires can log into the onboarding portal and update their details, fill in necessary forms and access relevant training material and company policies. The reports and alerts on tasks completed/yet to be completed helps in ensuring all the steps are completed.
  • Tools: The applicant attracting and screening tools help in posting jobs on different job sites and social media sites. It is also possible to screen candidates through the Video Screening tool.
