kaseya has helped us save heaps of time rather than having to travel to meet a client in person to help with their It requirements. Deploying a patch or having a software installed on multiple endpoints can be done with a single command and is completed in minutes. However, I would like for the web version to be more functional as the on-site option costs a lot more.
It is now much quicker when we have to install patches or other software applications. We are also able to monitor the progress and status after we have serviced our clients. This is probably the most powerful tool in its sector.
