Unpacking the Decision to Leave RingCentral

While using RingCentral for a few years, the persistent issues and a lack of effective customer service support prompted our decision to switch to another service. Our dissatisfaction primarily stemmed from the RingCentral support team. Despite reaching out consistently, we faced continual frustrations with the team's response, often being told our issues were being "escalated to the next tier of support."
