Unfortunately, my overall experience with RingCentral was frustrating due to the technical difficulties we faced. We only used it briefly and couldn't meet our call quotas due to the dropped calls and poor audio quality.
Our switch from hardware to softphones was met with skepticism, but it turned out to be a success. The flexibility of how each number can be configured really keeps everyone happy and offers a solution to individual needs
