Too many issues with this one!

Unfortunately, my overall experience with RingCentral was frustrating due to the technical difficulties we faced. We only used it briefly and couldn't meet our call quotas due to the dropped calls and poor audio quality.

  • I did appreciate the automatic call answering feature, which made it easy to use and navigate.
  • We experienced frequent dropped calls and difficulty hearing customers, which required frequent logging out and in to resolve tech issues.

Totally love this product!

Our switch from hardware to softphones was met with skepticism, but it turned out to be a success. The flexibility of how each number can be configured really keeps everyone happy and offers a solution to individual needs

  • I loved how easy it was to administer for the main admin, the team managers, and the end-users.
  • All of them have some level of control over how the phone works.
  • Changes can be implemented quickly, such as adding users, replacing flows, redirecting numbers, and more.
  • Additionally, the software is user-friendly, allowing for easy management of phone calls, voicemail, and other features.
  • The transcripts of voicemails provided by the software are not very accurate, containing a number of errors.
  • It would be easier to listen to the actual recording instead.
