Podio- Flexible but unreliable.

Overall, this CRM is good for low budget. But it feels like a platform with its better days behind it.

• Podio has a good user-interface
• It works well and is designed for project managers
• But we used it as our CRM - which shows how flexible it is
• The workflows save a lot of time and the items can be linked up well for automation (e.g
• if you close a deal, mark the associated company item as 'customer')
• The reporting feature is also worth
• Data can be pulled into reports and nice dashboards can be created
• These reports can also be exported to Excel.

• People aren't investing in Podio
• It has stopped updating itself and looks the same as it was in the beginning
• It's also mostly unreliable as there have been many all-day outages in 2018
• When you rely on Podio to run the business this could be frustrating
• Because of these issues, since then, we have adopted another CRM altogether.
