Efficient and Well-Organized

It's been a great tool for keeping things organized and efficient.

  • It's very convenient to have easy access to ticket services and reference what has been done throughout the day!.
  • I find it frustrating that the report is located under the top left icon.
  • Sometimes we miss tickets and only realize it when someone shows us where to find it.
  • It would be great if this feature could be changed.

Amazing Marketing Tool
