The solution does not use any paper or electronic super-bills and eliminates worries about double entries and errors. Using WRS Health RCM ensures that every service rendered is a service paid for. The solution works in the background to generate and cross check the claim as the encounter with the patient is underway. Coding advice and alerts are generated in real time, not after the event. This ensures coding is correct, errors are caught and corrected early and denials are minimized.

With the proportion of patient payments increasing, WRS Health RCM system ensures that any outstanding bills and copays are presented to the patient before she exits the clinic. Patients are also sent weekly reminders about their balances. Reconciliation of payments received is fast and automatic and this ensures well maintained and accurate financial records. In case of delays in payments, reminders continue to be sent weekly till the outstanding amounts are cleared. This also helps in clear documentation of the case should collections become necessary.

In most cases WRS Health RCM will process electronic payments directly to your bank accounts. This is often two weeks faster than paper checks. The effect on clinic revenues can be dramatic.
