SmartSearch Document Management does this through five key features: GlobalSearch, GlobalAction, GlobalAnalytics, Security and Auditing, and Workflow.

GlobalSearch allows users to access data anytime, from any browser or mobile device.  GlobalAnalytics is the dashboard that keeps your queue handy and allows you to see user activity at a glance. The GlobalAction tool is a process manager that allows users to map processes and redesign them for better productivity. The Security and Auditing tool and the Workflow tool round out SmartSearch’s functions to keep user processes regulation-compliant. Everything in SmartSearch is protected by a granular security module that requires authentication for outside users, and sign on processes for network users.

GlobalAction is the aspect of SmartSearch where most users will spend their time. This cross-platform user interface works as a web designer, where users can create, modify, revise, and publish web content. They can set up workflows within this tool, and use timed triggers to keep everything running smoothly. SmartSearch integrates with many third party apps, including Dropbox and DocuSign, and features language translation services to target local audiences anywhere around the world.

Document capture can be automated through the Workflow tool, allowing users to process paperwork in batches for more efficiency. When documents are uploaded or scanned into the system, automated organization stops any bottlenecks from appearing, and keeps all user workspaces clutter free so they can concentrate. Data capture can be done through many channels. Users can convert text into images, or images into editable documents. Additionally, information like numerical data or alphabetical lists can be extracted easily and added to an index for later access.
