Oracle’s WebCenter Content is a complete enterprise content management system that provides businesses with the tools they need to structure and manipulate content. Their services are divided into five main feature groups: document management, capture, publishing, digital asset management, and records management. Oracle WebCenter Content is used by companies such as Kellogg’s, Boingo, Acer, Oshkosh, and D+M.

Through the document management feature, users can manipulate, share, and distribute their digital assets from a unified workspace, and eliminate most paper from their offices for good. The capture feature allows users to upload new assets in multiple ways, convert files into different file types, and automate processes through third-party software like Oracle, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The interface uses basic folder organization that is familiar and easy to use.

The publishing feature enables Oracle users to publish and maintain websites, automate web posting, and pay special attention to consistent branding throughout social media and other platforms.
