I can hardly complain about the quality of VoIPStudio considering the price it is available at. The software allows for easy and effective management via a desktop application. Users have access to dashboards that provide useful information. Although, the mobile application needs to be refined as it has quite a few bugs.

One drawback is that the system tends to operate slowly or encounter issues when used over a VPN. It sometimes hangs or fails to update status properly under these circumstances.

While purchasing, we were told that it is impossible to connect mobile phones in the USA but now it comes to our knowledge that you can’t call anywhere around the world. Not a useful app for us at all.
I recommend either partnering with a trustworthy reseller for implementation and support or exploring the Zultys hosted and supported product, depending on your organization's needs.
The flexibility to implement this system as an appliance, virtual machine, or cloud-hosted solution is excellent. You can even combine these options for enhanced availability and multi-location support.
The only minor inconvenience is that it currently requires a Windows application for administration.
