I am able to send the right emails to the right people very quickly. Scheduling in advance means that I can get my message out efficiently. This has helped me streamline my email campaigns and save time.

A good user interface is my favorite part of this product. It's easy to use, and there are some areas that are quite intuitive. Moreover, it's pretty reliable and fast, which is great.

I think that having a better choice of templates for business users could be very useful. Additionally, there is a lot of backwards and forwards you have to go through to send a campaign, which can be a bit of a hassle.
