Nothing considerable so far - we simply contact each other when there is anything that we don't know and we get a quick response from the team.

Initially, it functioned much better. Nonetheless, it is still fine.

Using this app is simple, and creating emails is user-friendly.

Downloading docs is mostly impossible, loading of pages is very time consuming, and developing an automatic rule is difficult after getting the docs in an extension that isn’t compatible with Office.

Salesforce offers among the most predictable, well-incorporated and feature packed CRM I have come across in my consulting and admin roles in various organizations. Also, it is extremely customizable, it assists organizations in monitoring details pertinent to sales, provides custom reports that give corporations business analytics the ability to know where to better a sales process, and the learning curve is very mild.

Quite costly for lean enterprises, an increase in the development cost as the implementation process requires plenty of customizations, and no client support.

I don’t see any pros.

It is slow, the work is inconsistent, adding files is difficult, query editor working is not good, and outdated design.
