Sailthru is an ESP that pays close attention to what its users have to say and adapts its platform as a result. It offers exceptional customer service and CSMs, as well as great email optimization and testing capabilities. Dynamic customization might be challenging to utilize, and reporting can be a bit tedious.

Customer service is great , email optimization and continues to improve based on customers' feedbacks

The reporting is a little cumbersome and use of dynamic personalization was a bit difficult.

Also, it is extremely customizable, it assists organizations in monitoring details pertinent to sales, provides custom reports that give corporations business analytics the ability to know where to better a sales process, and the learning curve is very mild.

Quite costly for lean enterprises, an increase in the development cost as the implementation process requires plenty of customizations, and no client support.
