Optimum solves the problem of implementing better HR practices by providing their own highly specialized HR resources. The fast resolution of queries ensures that my employees are satisfied at all times.

Optimum provides me with dedicated teams across the HR spectrum. They give me the best attention and consider all clients equally. With Optimum, I worry less about my HR needs. It's easy to use, and I can become an expert just by navigating through it for 1-2 hours. I don't need any training to use it. Optimum saves my business time because they handle the implementation themselves with minimal involvement from my team. Optimum has dedicated teams for each HR need, ensuring that my employees receive the best resolution every time.

Optimum can be costly to implement compared to its peers in the market. It's more suitable for small-sized companies that can't afford a full-fledged HR department. Mid-sized companies can focus on building their own HR resources, while large-sized companies can already afford it. The UI of Optimum is very dull and boring. There are other products and solutions in the market that are much more user-friendly.

Managing HR functions for contractors has always been a challenging task. Optimum steps in to alleviate this challenge and significantly assists in handling these HR functions.

One of the most appealing aspects of Optimum Employer Solutions is its comprehensive HR functions provided within a single package. Instead of searching for multiple partners to handle different HR functions, Optimum offers all-in-one convenience. Unlike typical HR outsourcing firms that may not include functions like Payroll and Performance Management, Optimum covers these areas as well.

While the solution appears ideal for small organizations, it may not be suitable for medium-sized and large organizations as a complete package. It would be more beneficial to break it down into independent modules that can be outsourced separately.

Paylocity is great! Payroll queries, holiday days, etc. are easily viewable in the system without using the HR.

Logging in/out of the office, viewing your holiday days, sick days, etc. is simple

Logging in/out on iPhone is at times difficult.

I wouldn’t move to another software no matter what as I love Paylocity.

The user experience is great, its dashboard is pleasant, internal news and comments are displayed by the “News” section within Paylocity, and via the software you can review benefits, request time off, etc.

Partially intuitive historical pay summary data which based on common usage of the term YTD seems inaccurate. For this type of software, the training tab seems outdated.
