The marketing part is quite strong. A good business software.
CRM integration is weak. The price is too high.
It allows me to create and publish marketing materials for my business all in one day. The customer support is very responsive.
It is already expensive but if you add on some tools, you are almost robbed.

UI is outdated, clunky and difficult to navigate.
My experience with this costly software was annoying and there are far better and cheaper systems on the market.
The capacity for a more robust system that lets many tools to be centrally kept exists. You can link the following (web pages and forms) to your marketing automation tools, email, etc. once you’ve developed them in this software
