General Comments: I like a lot more than just the price of the product. The functionality, the connection and the support we get to finish our job from using this app are excellent.
There are many good features. It gives me the basic functionality that all other similar programs do. However, it does provide a stable option of using any device including our mobile phones to connect with our teams from wherever we are. Instant messaging keeps the team connected and informed. This way our work is done timely and everyone is aware at what stage the project is, or who is in contact with which lead or link to get things moving forward until the job is done.
I like this app so much. I cannot find a fault in it as I think of right now.
The product is helpful for conducting consultations over the phone.
I like that I can have a separate phone number for business purposes
Call quality is not consistent
This system is generally great. Using it every day to make countless calls is great and effective. If you’re thinking of disparate phone choices, this software is worth investing in.
When holding a conference, its ability to share screens is great. It is great and helpful for communication. It is a great time saver tool as it is useful in training, support, and troubleshooting.
Terrible client care service-inaccessible. Bugs are very common.
So, to sum it up, I think Ringcentral is a great video calling solution that offers stability and convenience. If you're looking for a reliable platform, I definitely recommend giving it a try!
One of the things I love about using Ringcentral is that I haven't faced any performance issues. The switch between device features is also seamless, which is a big plus. What's more, my customers don't need to install any applications to use it.
The only thing I wish they had was an option for Q&A during the hosted webinars.
