The notable drawback of FixMe.IT is its lack of support for Linux, web browsers, and mobile platforms. It would be convenient if end-users could access the application through a web page instead of downloading an executable file and running it.

FixMe.IT resolves the issue of remotely accessing customer servers without relying on RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol). This capability saves me significant time when checking backups and performing other tasks.

FixMe.IT offers exceptional user-friendliness. As an independent IT technician, I rely on it almost daily for remote tech support and monitoring of my clients' servers. The client interface is so straightforward that even those with limited technical knowledge can easily navigate it. When I was searching for a remote support solution, most well-known options were priced at $60 per month or more for a single license. FixMe.IT, on the other hand, costs only $30 per month while delivering the same level of functionality.

My only wish is for FixMe.IT to have a Mac version, as I have been using a Mac mini as my primary PC for quite some time now.

I'm really dissatisfied with Ninja's general customer service. Their response times are appalling and they provide very little support. I tried contacting them via SMS verification as well, but it didn't work. You may have to wait a while if you require Ninja's help. It is unacceptable if they communicate poorly and lack urgency.

Major issues are not being fixed promptly and are being dragged out, there is a lack of support from Ninja,

the Sydney office is not responding to phone calls, SMS verification is not working.

With the help of this software, we can manage team health, IT assets, and security from a single, centralized platform, which helps us anticipate problems and give better support. Two important features are the extensive inventory and antiviral software. Nonetheless, more Spanish-language materials and documentation would improve accessibility and encourage more in-depth investigation of the platform's features.
