The only positive that I can point to is the great range of features that they have. Learning and using the software proved to be quite a challenge and their support team weren't able to help much either.

I highly recommend exploring the range of features Comcast offers. Take the time to review all the different options available. I was pleasantly surprised when I delved into them. These features can greatly simplify and enhance day-to-day tasks, providing reliable solutions.

The call forwarding feature, along with receiving messages in email format, is the most valuable aspect for my needs. It is incredibly user-friendly and Comcast has designed it with simplicity in mind. Moreover, the callers I interact with are unaware that they have been redirected to my remote phone number.

I don't have any specific dislikes or suggestions for improvement at the moment. To be fair, I haven't explored all the available features and options extensively. However, I am gradually exploring them, evaluating their usefulness and potential benefits.

I have worked with VirtualPBX for approx. 10 years. I initially got perplexed being new to such a type of service but thanks to the customer service, I was able to pick up quickly.
