I've been an ardent lover of this software for 3 years. The most loved feature of it is...you'll be surprised, it is their customer support. The helpdesk reps are amazing with a lot of patience and tolerance. Workflow creations, setting up goals, and performance evaluation are matchless in their performances. Record/file maintenance feature is from out of this world. I don't say it is cheapest of all but in comparison to software with the same weight, you find ClearCompany more useful.
Mobile app is badly needed. Hope it'll be done soon.
The only edge it has against its competitors is the customer chat, which is surprisingly good. They can overtake their competitors if they know the needs of their customers.
The user interface is easy to navigate.
