I must emphasize the fantastic support we receive; it is a night and day difference compared to our previous experience. Whenever I reach out for assistance, I am promptly attended to without fail.
As for drawbacks, there are very few. Perhaps a couple of additional features could benefit us, although I am uncertain if those features would be suitable for others or maintain the product's simplicity.
Using Autosist to manage our fleet has changed everything! Their well-defined priority system allows us to quickly determine which trucks require maintenance and how serious the problem is. Keeping track of everything, including regular maintenance, inspections, and registrations, is now a breeze. The sole issue is that I wish I could follow smaller equipment.

The technical support team at FM has also proven to be very helpful. The tool for scheduling car maintenance is one area that we have found to be difficult to use. Correctly specifying the planned maintenance settings is still something we're working on. We will concentrate on making the scheduled maintenance option more useful for us once we have completely implemented and comprehended all of the other FM capabilities.
