Anydesk has made remote access to another simple and so effective that it feels like we are using the computer in person. The ability for multiple people to join a session and chat within these sessions allows us to have issues solved in minimal time. I would like to see them fix the slo downs when multiple users join a session.

ConnectWise ScreenConnect provides a convenient and straightforward method to access another user's PC when they encounter issues they can't resolve on their own.
