SuiteAnswers has an awful algorithm for their search bar, the system is not very intuitive since the real home screen is personalized by role, and the call center isn’t as helpful as the US based analysts at NetSuite. Also, since our software is hosted, it sometimes functions slower than I’d want it to.
Net-Results has very many abilities, has exceptional support staff, you can advance your business if you spend time to learn the software in details and if you don’t want to spend too much time, you can get what you put into Net-Results.
