      It allows me to be in contact with my prospects. I love this tool and recommend it to all!

      It has a timeline that helps me a lot in completing my projects on time. It keeps me and my team organized. It literally has determined the future of marketing automation.

      There are some issues we are constructively facing within the program. They should inform us at least before performing any change or update.

      As the CEO of Billy.com, I decided to fully transition to Phonexa in 2021. Since then, I have been provided with over-the-top customer service from some truly great people. I cannot speak highly enough of how great the Phonexa team is from the top down. My main reason for transitioning was to avoid exorbitant onboarding fees and to take advantage of the multiple systems they offer. These multiple systems have increased my revenue while my costs have decreased, resulting in greater profits for the company.

      Phonexa really just gets their customers. They're very responsive and willing and able to figure out how to make custom workflows work, and they catch on fast to one-off situations, which every business finds themselves in.
