Best ever!

Rescue proves to be a lifesaver when it comes to training others without the availability of visual representation for reference. The ability to share screens and remotely access their computers enables efficient assistance and support, overcoming the challenge of providing visual guidance. This feature greatly benefits the support process and enhances collaboration and problem-solving.

Pros
  • One of the things I love about Rescue is the ability to connect with people from various locations and assist them in connecting to our system using their computers.
  • It allows for seamless collaboration and support across distances.
Cons
  • Occasionally, the rescue console crashes, requiring me to reopen it.
  • However, apart from this minor issue, there isn't much else that I dislike about the product.
