About this software, I'm undecided. It looks promising on the one hand, with an online inventory that will work well for my business needs and ease of use. But I've had serious problems with features being absent. For example, when I tried to set up invoicing and customer loyalty, I was redirected to a beta version that didn't exist, or else these services were either inactive or unavailable. The customer service experience has been excruciatingly slow; it takes an absurdly long time to speak with somebody who can resolve problems, and there are numerous disconnections from online assistance and variable wait times. These shortcomings make it impossible to fully endorse this software at this time, despite its potential.
It's particularly helpful for optimizing staff scheduling and identifying top-selling items. Additionally, the back office feature makes it easy to adjust prices and add new products.
