All pertinent customer-related information is stored to help improve customer experience, such as previous purchases and balance or credit. Reminders can be created through notes.
Employee Management: Each employee has an individual login that allows him to view information and perform tasks based on their roles. It makes it easy to create and replicate employee schedules, and to create, view and modify appointments using the app.
Inventory Management: Products and services can be added and categorized according to the business specific parameters. Inventory can be received and reconciled. Prices and costs can be entered to calculate profit margin.
Marketing and Promotions: Using iConnect POS it is possible to create discounts, assign discount codes and dates, and offer loyalty programs, etc.

FranPOS Retail review

I have had very minimal issues with this software. The updates it does which don’t affect to my business are many.

Pros

If the barcode fails to scan, finding items on the register is simple, it has a fantastic loyalty program which can install text marketing and monitor receipts from previous purchases to know what was previously purchased by the client.

Cons

When checking out a client, random items appear on the screen
It doesn’t give clients the best discount as it doesn’t automatically override discounts
When creating a new gift card, the hide keyboard button doesn’t appear.

Iconnect Review

This is an incredibly user-friendly system with numerous features e.g. storing for us the database of a client.

Pros

The reports provided are many, looking for items when calling a client is simple.

Cons

Touchy buttons, the wrong item severally gets included in the order of the guests, and there are continuous upgrades that don’t relate to our store’s type.
