The basic plan includes free set up, 24/7 tech support, free inbound calls, free inbound numbers, free iNumber (provides a global area code for an internet protocol and supports voice, SMS, and advanced multimedia services). The second service level for $19.99 includes all the prior services and each user receives a geographical number plus free outbound calls to a fixed line in one chosen country. The third level of service for $39.99 monthly includes all of the above, and services extended to all listed countries and mobile phones in those countries.

You can buy all of your accessories via VoIP Studio, from VoIP adapters that connect ordinary analog phones to the VoIP system. Select hardware includes desk phones, DECT phones, conference phones, and hands free microphone earpiece sets.
