I cannot speak highly enough of how great the Phonexa team is from the top down. My main reason for transitioning was to avoid exorbitant onboarding fees and to take advantage of the multiple systems they offer. These multiple systems have increased my revenue while my costs have decreased, resulting in greater profits for the company.
Sailthru is an ESP that pays close attention to what its users have to say and adapts its platform as a result. It offers exceptional customer service and CSMs, as well as great email optimization and testing capabilities. Dynamic customization might be challenging to utilize, and reporting can be a bit tedious.

The reporting is a little cumbersome and use of dynamic personalization was a bit difficult.
Phonexa really just gets their customers. They're very responsive and willing and able to figure out how to make custom workflows work, and they catch on fast to one-off situations, which every business finds themselves in.
