But it would be even better if it included a history of conversions by worker and included an emotion logo or icon. I wouldn’t move to another software no matter what as I love Paylocity.
The user experience is great, its dashboard is pleasant, internal news and comments are displayed by the “News” section within Paylocity, and via the software you can review benefits, request time off, etc.
Partially intuitive historical pay summary data which based on common usage of the term YTD seems inaccurate. For this type of software, the training tab seems outdated.
