Optimum can be costly to implement compared to its peers in the market. It's more suitable for small-sized companies that can't afford a full-fledged HR department. Mid-sized companies can focus on building their own HR resources, while large-sized companies can already afford it. The UI of Optimum is very dull and boring. There are other products and solutions in the market that are much more user-friendly.

Instead of searching for multiple partners to handle different HR functions, Optimum offers all-in-one convenience. Unlike typical HR outsourcing firms that may not include functions like Payroll and Performance Management, Optimum covers these areas as well.

While the solution appears ideal for small organizations, it may not be suitable for medium-sized and large organizations as a complete package. It would be more beneficial to break it down into independent modules that can be outsourced separately.

Newton functions for what it publicizes.

Ability to post internally and publically, and it has great templates options for messages plus a delayed rejection email.
