We're still stuck with a broken system and no customer support after three months. Frustration never ends due to unanswered emails, unresponsive sales teams, and useless tech support. Compared to other providers who offer GPS tracking, it is reasonably priced, has exceptional customer care-timely responses, well-informed, etc. it supports countless devices-more than any other software I have encountered, and Wialon contains any technology that telematics has e.g. asset tracking, routing, dispatch, etc.
