Our credit card figures which aren’t part of what we were informed we’d pay when acquiring this system keep changing and the support team isn’t helpful in resolving this issue.
Operating it is simple, it is natural, inexpensive, and it produces amazing reports.
The overview per product doesn’t have an additional column bearing the amount collected for the sales tax making it time consuming downloading other reports to combine the figures.
All items at my store are now well organized and are in a good place. The customer support is awesome and very responsive.
I have been using this software for 2 years and didn’t find a single thing that could bother me.
Terrible client care service
Has a rather clean GUI
Horrible backend, terrible support, etc.
Lack of an export button for your inventory, fixing errors taking very long, difficulty in using the software, and lack of knowing how to do POs despite getting help from support made us move to another software.
The available functions are many and downtime is very rare.
The register part that remains in the store must be installed, you’ll require another computer with this setup on it if your computer experiences downtime, and the support team is sometimes a nuisance.
