We experienced more and longer outages than we considered acceptable. During those times, getting in touch with someone for updates and reasons behind the outages was difficult. Additionally, the cost-to-bandwidth ratio was too high for our liking.
I can hardly complain about the quality of VoIPStudio considering the price it is available at. The software allows for easy and effective management via a desktop application. Users have access to dashboards that provide useful information. Although, the mobile application needs to be refined as it has quite a few bugs.

While purchasing, we were told that it is impossible to connect mobile phones in the USA but now it comes to our knowledge that you can’t call anywhere around the world. Not a useful app for us at all.
