  • It might not sound that great, but communication is one of the most critical elements for a small HR team.

  • The major con right now is the reports which are not easy to navigate
  • It is also a fact that we have not learnt much about it yet and still use customized reports to get the information required
  • I don't find any other con as such so far.

Using JazzHR has been helpful so far, they also are very eager at answering questions when we encountered issues.

JazzHR is a trustworthy system. Its ease of use and the ability to communicate with your team using the chat-like feature makes it the perfect formula for an ideal workflow. It might not sound that great, but communication is one of the most critical elements for a small HR team.

A mobile app would make it more convenient. I heard that there would be a feature that gives you options for access levels in future updates; it would be a great and helpful addition.

JazzHR has helped us improve our ability to track and manage applicants and create a consistent experience about the candidate through the entire process.

It has the features and functionality of many bigger and expensive options available with added advantage of affordable prices for smaller companies. The careers page, candidate texting and unlimited users with commitment every month were the main attractions for us as our company was new to using an ATS and did not want a long term commitment for the time being.

The major con right now is the reports which are not easy to navigate. It is also a fact that we have not learnt much about it yet and still use customized reports to get the information required. I don't find any other con as such so far.

This platform is effective for advertising and spreading the word about available job positions.

I suggest utilizing this resource to attract potential candidates and assess their level of engagement.

The advantage of this platform is that it can attract active candidates who are actively searching for opportunities.

Even if candidates do not meet the criteria, their applications are still showcased. It would be convenient to have a dedicated space to review them at your convenience.

ZipRecruiter helps us to find quality candidates for interview and subsequently to recruit. We greatly endorse this software.

Powerful search, wonderful interface, ability to send messages to people within the site, and a very exceptional customer support team.

Quite aggressive follow-ups from the sales personnel, and the search occasionally pulls in useless candidates.
