The Samsara link allows me to monitor the live movement of the truck or person responsible for the shipment. This eliminates the need to constantly contact the dispatcher or driver for updates, as I can easily see the progress in real time.
However, I would like to have more visibility into the historical tracking data of the truck's previous locations or origins. Sometimes, when relying solely on the link without direct communication, it can be misleading if the truck appears to deviate from the expected route. Having access to the connections and history would greatly enhance the tracking experience.
The custom inspection forms based on the type of delivery service can be created without any trouble. The integration of fuel with WEX fuel is great. Constant updates are impressive.
The slow times are there. Many of the features are on maintenance permanently so are of no use.
