Navigating through all the features of Dayforce can be challenging at times, especially when it comes to implementing new policies. It requires thorough checkbox verification across different areas of Dayforce to ensure that all necessary settings are enabled or aligned for the new policy, which can be time-consuming.

Workday aims to be a centralized platform for managing HR and financial tasks, but in reality, it only makes these tasks more time-consuming. In terms of financials, it is incapable of producing a basic monthly account summary, rendering it entirely useless.

The user experience of Workday is extremely poor, and there is nothing positive to say about it. The only good thing about using Workday is when it's not necessary to access it.

Workday is a poorly designed software that attempts to do too many things and fails at all of them.
