I like how simple the program is to use and maintain for surveys and email marketing. But I don't like that the membership levels are overpriced compared to the other services they provide.

I’ve been using Sales Manago for almost one year now and is very impressed by its working. It is great for building customer value. We can prepare and distribute our mails too. It is a great solution to mobile marketing. We can locate and contact potential customers. The support team is active and helpful. It can be integrated into other apps conveniently too. Highly recommended!
Nothing considerable so far - we simply contact each other when there is anything that we don't know and we get a quick response from the team.
For event management, Constant Contact was invaluable; it relieved me of a great deal of responsibility. My time was saved by the predesigned templates, and the marketing enabled me to get more gigs. But there's a steep price tag, no free trial, and account cancellation was a hassle.
