It relieves us of the scheduling and tracking, makes sure everything gets done, and alerts us when something is neglected. Thanks to the excellent built-in equipment records, yearly reports for every unit are now a simple. My only complaint is that some fields require greater adaptability to meet our unique requirements.
Trying to get them send us replacement units or have units fixed was very time consuming. Terrible client service, the Samsung units we were given malfunctioned often-screens go blank, drivers get logged off and cannot log in, etc.

Keeping track of everything, including regular maintenance, inspections, and registrations, is now a breeze. The sole issue is that I wish I could follow smaller equipment.
