    It was initially difficult to begin using this software and to keep the availability of reps in queues shutting the server required some customization

    Installing it is simple, it is inexpensive, and every department can have disparate setups on their phones as settings are customizable.

    The calls that this system can handle are minimal. You require another phone server if you want more than 10 queues since that’s the maximum number of queues.

    Great features and gets the job done

    Very helpful, collaborative, has plenty of diverse features and function that make communication in a business environment easy and effectual, has a desktop app that lets you see on the screen of the computer incoming and outgoing calls and the availability of other persons in your network. Tracing your employee’s calls is equally possible using Allworx.

    I can hardly complain about the quality of VoIPStudio considering the price it is available at. The software allows for easy and effective management via a desktop application. Users have access to dashboards that provide useful information. Although, the mobile application needs to be refined as it has quite a few bugs.

    Good and cheap for international calls and the number looks like a foreign one.

    While purchasing, we were told that it is impossible to connect mobile phones in the USA but now it comes to our knowledge that you can’t call anywhere around the world. Not a useful app for us at all.
