Works efficiently if used correctly

You need to spend a sufficient amount of time to install it and learn to work on it. A very long time is required in setting it up. Workflow is quite unstable.

If you don’t want any fuss, go for some other option. Finding things is very easy with them. Send electronic prescriptions is great. It is quite slow. Integrations with other programs are not good. The user interface is not designed nicely. Frequent downtimes affect the workflow badly.
