It has great customization features, it is compatible with multiple types of files, work flow options are great, it is easy to search for documents, the ability to customize your summary of that project, offering visuals to members thanks to the setting of the dashboard on every site, and the ability to know if the project is website based courtesy of the live browser frame.
The interface could be better, unlocking all the functionality and features available to you takes the usability some time.
Smart Search staff are great and lovable. However, the following could be improved: UI simplicity, formatting and reporting, API capabilities, mobile apps for time reporting, and telephony integration.
The functionality of the software is plenty, a small fraction of the capabilities of CRM are being used by the sales department, client support is exceptional, email and text integration is great, and the onboarding and recruiting functions are used every day by our recruiters.
Navigating this software is hard, rather complex and hard to install report writing, formatting of reports is poor, and integration with telephony is unavailable.
