NetSuite has enabled us to automate numerous procedures and the interface is normally user-friendly. Also, we have dependable numbers and the ability to develop a search or report to facilitate analysis of information. NetSuite is generally great.

Presently, we’re implementing regulations for 606 and the multi-book and ARM add-ons have emerged to be extremely helpful for our reporting needs. The search function has great adaptability for creating reports for end month reconciliation needs.

SuiteAnswers has an awful algorithm for their search bar, the system is not very intuitive since the real home screen is personalized by role, and the call center isn’t as helpful as the US based analysts at NetSuite. Also, since our software is hosted, it sometimes functions slower than I’d want it to.

While Hubspot offers great functionality, it can be confusing to use at times, especially when it comes to formatting a landing page. However, their support team is quick to offer workarounds and solutions
