Next, it sets out the qualifying criteria for inclusion in this research and then surveys some general characteristics of each of the resulting quadrants. The research concludes with a brief study of each participating vendor's APM strengths and weaknesses. Gartner recognizes that IBM remains a thought leader at the forefront of the APM industry.
