WorkZone is a project management solution that is built just right for small and medium businesses. Version control of documents is built right into the solution. Sharing of document is granular – this means you can define which team members can view a document, who can edit it and which members do not access rights. Reviews and approvals follow a well defined workflow – you can customize it if you require and a complete audit trail is maintained of the approval process.
