iSolved is solving some problems for us.

It is simple to use. It tracks the required information about employee time, PTO, time-off approvals, pay history, and employee information including their contact information and history with the company. It is good tool to have.

Pros

I like the facility of being able to see the history and balances for all our pay and time-off, etc
Our personal information is easily accessible
We can print what we need from anywhere with secure access
Before this system, most of the information would have to be requested from the HR department and they would only do that when they got around to it
This software makes us all a little more efficient as everyone is focused on more productive tasks than just sharing information that can be provided with a simple click
The PTO requests are also easily submitted and approved
It is nice to have such an option.

Cons

I have had difficulty logging in or out at times, and there have been a couple of instances that I had to refresh the page when using the app, but this is most likely an Internet connectivity issue than the software itself.
