minor issues but a good system

This is an effective and clear platform. I have great confidence in it. Nonetheless, I encountered some minimal false starts that could have negatively impacted time conscious contracts for our receiving parties.

Pros
  • Navigating the UI is very simple as is using the software, the systems response time is reasonable when using it.
Cons
  • Problems with logging in/account-I created a new account each month for the initial three months of using the software
  • Also, it was tedious and time consuming to get accounts created/reactivated.
