Denticon makes efficient and reliable dental software.

I use Denticon daily to run my practice. Its screens are navigable. It is an added advantage to have training videos. It is an excellent product for daily reports or statements and especially a price point of view.

• I like how user-friendly the software is
• If there is any issue you have come across, one of the videos can often resolve it
• If it cannot do so it is always easy to submit a ticket, which will be answered quite promptly
• I am also amazed by the ease with which we can log on from any location even from my smartphone using Chrome.

• Though I am not an experienced billing specialist, I did still notice that when I was posting payments, there were some auto-adjustments that occurred which were quite unexpected
• It seemed a little complicated and counterintuitive, but for an experienced biller, it would be a minor issue which he would either make use of or circumvent it.
